December 2009: NVQ Staff Training Goes from Strength to Strength Our 1st intake of NVQ trade students have recently completed trade courses ranging from Plastering to Decorating. 3 members of staff have each achieved NVQ level 2 in their respective discipline. We are developing our training modules and working towards 50% of all staff with a multi skilled qualification within 12 months.
